who is aaron hay?

I'm a certified level 3 Personal Trainer and I've been working in the fitness industry for 18 years (We’ll round it up to 2 decades to sound cooler..and older).

I've trained clients on the gym floor at the YMCA and The Gym Group in various gyms in South West London.

I started working out at around 18 on and off because I was sick of being skinny. I didn’t like how weak I looked in the mirror and it really affected my confidence. Even thinking back now gives me a little anxiety!

I wanted to get muscles to help me get attention from girls (big shock!) and I didn’t want to get picked on in school.

Over my years, what I've learnt is that having a girlfriend, a stressful career and busy social life makes it hard to keep those muscles as your lifestyle changes!

Good thing I’m here then bruv!

I'm now an online fitness coach so I can help more guys like you overcome the challenges that come with staying fit in a relationship.

I'm a certified level 3 Personal Trainer and I've been working in the fitness industry for 18 years (We’ll round it up to 2 decades to sound cooler..and older).
